Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 754 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2024 márciusában, ami 4 százalékkal mérséklődött 2023 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 10 százalékkal csökkent, míg a vágótehéné nem változott számottevően a vizsgált időszakban. _________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 754 per kilogram carcass warm weight in March 2024 decreased by 4 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2023. The price of slaughter heifers decreased by 10 per cent and the price of slaughter cows did not changed significantly in the period under review.
