Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 166,05 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 márciusában. A zsírtartalom 0,06, a fehérjetartalom 0,02 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 1 százalékos emelkedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 1 százalékkal nőtt 2024 márciusában a 2024. februárihoz képest, és 19 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 148,37 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 márciusában, az előző havihoz képest 5 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 12 százalékkal nőtt. A kiviteli ár 11 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb a termelői átlagárnál. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 7 százalékkal bővült 2024 márciusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. __________________________________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 166.05 per kilogram in March 2024. The fat content decreased by 0.06 percentage, the protein content by 0.02 percentage, the base and the average price was by 1 per cent higher in March 2024 compared to February 2024, and the average price was 19 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 148.37 per kilogram in March 2024, it decreased in one month by 5 per cent, but compared to the same month of the previous year increased by 12 per cent. The export price was 11 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export increased by 7 per cent in March 2024 compared to March 2023.
