Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 164,3 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 februárjában. A zsírtartalom 0,07, a fehérjetartalom 0,06 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 1 százalékos növekedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára nem változott 2024 februárjában a 2024. januárihoz képest, és 24 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 156,25 forint/kilogramm volt 2024 februárjában, az előző havihoz képest 1 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 12 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 5 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb a termelői átlagárnál. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 9 százalékkal bővült 2024 februárjában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. _______________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 164.3 per kilogram in February 2024. The fat content decreased by 0.07 percentage, the protein content by 0.06 percentage, the base price was by 1 per cent higher, the average price did not change in February 2024 compared to January 2024, and the average price was 24 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 156.25 per kilogram in February 2024, it decreased in one month by 1 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year by 12 per cent. The export price was 5 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export increased by 9 per cent in February 2024 compared to February 2023.
