Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 745 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 júliusában, ami 47 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 46 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. ____________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 745/kilogram carcass weight in July 2022, which was 47 per cent increase compared to the average price in July 2021. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 46 per cent in June 2022 compared to the same month in 2021.
