Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 711 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 júniusában, ami 36 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 30 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. -------- According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 711/kilogram carcass weight in June 2022, which was 36 per cent increase compared to the average price in June 2021. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 30 per cent in June 2022 compared to the same month in 2021.
