Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a fiatal bika termelői ára 940 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 májusában, ami 22 százalékos növekedést jelent 2021 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 16, a vágótehéné 37 százalékkal nőtt a vizsgált időszakban. ------------- According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 940/kilogram carcass warm weight in May 2022, increased by 22 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2021. The price of slaughter heifers 16 per cent and slaughter cows increased by 37 per cent compared to the year earlier.
