Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a vágócsirke élősúlyos termelői ára 10 százalékkal 281 forint/kilogrammra, a vágópulykáé 5,7 százalékkal 408 forint/kilogrammra emelkedett 2021 első negyvenkét hetében az előző év azonos időszakának átlagárához képest. --------- According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the producer price of slaughter chicken (live weight) was 281 HUF per kilogram in the first forty-two weeks of 2021 in Hungary, which is 10 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year. The producer price of slaughter turkey (live weight) was HUF 408 per kilogram, which is 5.7 per cent higher than it was in the same period of the previous year.
