Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a fiatal bika termelői ára 743 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 szeptemberében, ami 2,5 százalékos csökkenést jelent 2020 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára közel 2 százalékkal emelkedett, a vágótehén ára nem változott számottevően a vizsgált időszakban. --------- According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 743/kilogram carcass warm weight in September 2021, decreased by 2.5 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2020. The price of slaughter heifers increased by 2 per cent and slaughter cows not changed compared to the year earlier.
