Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 504,9 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 júliusában, ami közel 1 százalékos csökkenést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 8 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb 2021 júliusában 2020 azonos hónapjához képest. ---------- According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 504.9/kilogram carcass weight in July 2021, which was 1 per cent decrease compared to the average price in July 2020. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) decreased by 8 per cent in July 2021 compared to the same month in 2020.
