Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a fiatal bika termelői ára 703 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 májusában, ami 9,4 százalékos csökkenést jelent 2020 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 3,2 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 11,3 százalékkal emelkedett a vizsgált időszakban. ---------- According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 703/kilogram carcass warm we-ight in May 2021, decreased by 9.4 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2020. The price of slaughter heifers increased by 3.2 per cent, the price of slaughter cows increased by 11.3 per cent, compared to the year earlier.
