Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a fiatal bika termelői ára 778 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 januárjában, nem változott számottevően 2020 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágótehén ára 5 százalékkal csökkent, míg a vágóüszőé 9 százalékkal emelkedett a vizsgált időszakban. ---------- According to AKI PÁIR in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 778/ kilogram carcass warm weight in January 2021, did not change compared to the average price of the same month in 2020. The price of slaughter cows moderated by 5 per cent, while that of slaughter heifers increased by 9 per cent, compared to the year earlier.
