Abstract
A tanulmány megvizsgálja, hogy az uniós tagságunkkal egy időben megnyíló
közösségi források milyen lehetőségeket kínálnak Magyarország számára a
hátrányos helyzetű térségek fejlesztése, a vidéki, mezőgazdasági foglalkoztatás
bővítése terén. A politikák gyakorlati megvalósulását egy – az elvi megoldásokat a
valóságban is sikeresen alkalmazó – tagország, Dánia tapasztalatain keresztül
mutatja be. Az Európai Unióban és Magyarországon alkalmazott elvi és gyakorlati
módszerek tényfeltáró ismertetésére, a tapasztalatok rendszerszerű bemutatására és
értékelésére alapozva megfogalmazza azokat a fejlesztési irányokat, követendő
példákat, tennivalókat, amelyek hazánkban a hátrányos helyzetű térségekben a
mezőgazdasághoz kötődő népesség megélhetési, foglalkoztatási lehetőségeit
javítják. = The study analysis and highlights the different opportunities to access EU
funds, after Hungary’s joining the community, in order to improve agricultural
employment in regions whose development is lagging behind. Following the
introduction of the conceptual framework the study takes a more practical approach
by introducing the Danish experiences regarding policy implementation and
structural adjustments. Experiences gained from the EU and Hungary are summaries
and represents a foundation of the study. Building on these experiences the paper
then identifies specific directions for further enhancements and possible
interventions in order to extend the income opportunities and improve the
employment of the population living in the less developed regions of Hungary.
