Abstract
A tanulmány a kormányzat által a mezőgazdasági termelők helyzetének javítása érdekében 2000 és 2004 között hozott adósságkonszolidációs programokkal foglalkozik. Az intézkedések célja nem csupán a mezőgazdasági üzemek eladósodottságának csökkentése, hanem a teljesítmény növelése, a hatékonyság javítása volt. A kutatás célja e „konszolidációs” programok hatásainak elemzése. A vizsgálat az egyes hitelprogramokhoz kapcsolódó kedvezmények, támogatások részletes primer adatainak feldolgozásával bemutatja az egyes programokban résztvevők körét, a kettős könyvvitelt vezető mezőgazdasági társas vállalkozások adóbevallásból származó mérlegadatai alapján pedig a konszolidációnak a gazdasági helyzetükre gyakorolt hatását elemezi. = The study focuses on the debt consolidation programs launched by the Hungarian government between 2000 and 2004 in order to improve the situation of agricultural producers. Apart from reducing the level of indebtedness of agricultural holdings, the measures aimed at increasing performance and improving efficiency. The study analyses the impacts of these ‘consolidation’ programs. By processing the in-depth primary data of the preferences and aids associated with the various loan programs, the study presents the groups covered by each program and, on the basis of the tax return balance sheet data of agricultural business associations with double-entry bookkeeping, analyses the effects of the consolidation on the economic situation of these companies.
