Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 139,68 forint/kilogramm volt 2022 márciusában. A fehérje- és a zsírtartalom egyaránt 0,01 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 4 százalékos emelkedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 5 százalékkal nőtt 2022 márciusában a 2022. februárihoz képest, és 25 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 153,84 forint/kilogramm volt 2022 márciusában, az előző havihoz képest 3 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 37 százalékkal emelkedett. A kiviteli ár 10 százalékkal meghaladta a termelői átlagárat. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 29 százalékkal csökkent 2022 márciusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva.--------According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was 139,68 HUF per kilogram in March 2022. The protein and the fat content decreased by 0.01 percentage point, while the base price increased by 4 per cent, the average price by 5 per cent in March 2022 compared to February 2022, and the average price was 25 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was 153.84 HUF per kilogram in March 2022, it increased in one month by 3 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year by 37 per cent. The export price was 10 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 29 per cent lower in March 2022 compared to March 2021.
