Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a 16. héten a belföldi termesztésű, 2020-ról eltárolt burgonya leggyakoribb ára (a Cherie salátaburgonya kivételével) 115–125 forint/kilogramm között mozgott, így 36–40 százalékkal alatta maradt az egy évvel korábbi árának. Tovább bővült a hazai termesztésből származó zöldségkínálat, megjelent 410 forint/kilogramm áron a belföldi primőr fejes káposzta, valamint a primőr kelkáposzta kilogrammonként 600 forintért. Az import barna héjú vöröshagyma ára 40 százalékkal, a karfiol ára 19 százalékkal, a burgonya ára 12 százalékkal, a lilahagyma ára 15 százalékkal, a tölteni való paprika nagykereskedelmi ára 7 százalékkal, a cukkíni ára 5 százalékkal csökkent 2021 1–16. hetében az előző év azonos időszakához képest. Az import paradicsom ára 1 százalékkal, a fokhagyma ára 3 százalékkal, a padlizsán ára 10 százalékkal, a kaliforniai paprika nagykereskedelmi ára 30 százalékkal emelkedett ugyanekkor. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a belföldön termelt és belföldön értékesített földrajzi jelzés nélküli és az oltalom alatt álló földrajzi jelzéssel ellátott borok értékesítési ára csaknem 8 százalékkal 23,2 ezer forintra emelkedett hektoliterenként 2021. január–március között az előző év azonos időszakához viszonyítva. ---------- According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in the 16th week the most usual price of domestically grown potatoes harvested in 2020 (excluding Cherie salad potatoes) ranged from 115 to 125 forints / kilogram, thus it was 36–40 percent lower than the price a year earlier. The supply of vegetables from domestic cultivation further expanded, with domestic primary head cabbage and primary kale for HUF 600 per kilogram appearing at HUF 410 / kilogram. The price of imported onion ’yellow’ (–40 per cent), imported cauliflower (–19 per cent), imported potato (–12 per cent), imported onion ’red’ (–15 per cent), imported sweet pepper ’yellow’ (–7 per cent), imported zucchini (–5 per cent) was lower in the first 16 weeks of 2021 than it was in the same period of the previous year. The price of imported tomato (+1 per cent), imported garlic (+3 per cent), imported aubergin (+10 per cent), imported sweet pepper ’California’ (+30 per cent) was higher than in the same period of 2020. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the processor’s sale prices of wines without geographical indication (GI) and wines with protected geographical indication (PGI) increased by almost 8 per cent to HUF 23,2 thousand per hectoliter between January–March 2021 compared to the same period of the previous year.
