Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 426 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 februárjában, ami 33 százalékos csökkenést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 25 százalékkal mérséklődött 2021 februárjában 2020 azonos hónapjához képest. ---------- According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs, (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 426/kilogram carcass weight in February 2021, which was a 33 per cent decrease compared to the average price in February 2020. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) decreased by 25 per cent in February 2021 compared to the same month in 2020.
