Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 2272 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2026 1–17. hetében, 26 százalékkal emelkedett az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva. A vágóüsző és a vágótehén ára egyaránt 27,2 százalékkal volt magasabb a vizsgált időszakban. _________________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary the producer price of young bulls was HUF 2,272 per kilogram of hot carcass weight in weeks 1–17 of 2026, representing a 26 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of both slaughter heifers and slaughter cows rose by 27.2 per cent during the period under review.
