Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 146,68 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 márciusában. A zsírtartalom 0,09 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,03 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 3,2 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2026 márciusában a 2026. februárihoz képest 5 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 28 százalékkal esett. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 113,03 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 márciusában, az előző havitól 2,8 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 37,6 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2026 márciusában a 2026. februárihoz képest 1 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 40,1 százalékkal nőtt. ____________________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the national average producer price of raw milk was HUF 146.68 per kilogram in March 2026, it decreased by 5 per cent compared to February 2026, and by 28 per cent compared to the same month in the previous year. Concurrently, compared to February 2026, fat content decreased by 0.09 percentage points, protein content by 0.03 percentage points and the base price by 3.2 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 113.03 per kilogram in March 2026, 2.8 per cent lower than in the previous month and 37.6 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. According to the data from the MPIS raw milk exports increased by 1 per cent month-on-month, and by 40.1 per cent year-on-year in March 2026.
