Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 2280 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2026 január–márciusában, 23,6 százalékkal emelkedett az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 28 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 30 százalékkal volt magasabb a vizsgált időszakban. __________________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 2,280 per kilogram of hot carcass weight in January–March 2026, representing a 23.6 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of slaughter heifers rose by 28 per cent, while that of slaughter cows increased by 30 per cent in the period under review.
