Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 206,96 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 januárjában. A zsírtartalom 0,02 és a fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 3 százalékos növekedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 3 százalékkal emelkedett 2025 januárjában a 2024. decemberihez képest, és 26 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 197,52 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 januárjában, az előző havihoz képest 7 százalékkal csökkent, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 28 százalékkal nőtt. A kiviteli ár 5 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb a termelői átlagárnál. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 14 százalékkal csökkent 2025 januárjában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. ___________________________________________________________ According to the data of AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 206.96 per kilogram in January 2025. The fat content decreased by 0.02, the protein content by 0.01 percentage, the base and average price was by 3 per cent higher in January 2025 compared to December 2024, and the average price was by 26 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 197.52 per kilogram in January 2025, it decreased in one month by 7 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year increased by 28 per cent. The export price was by 5 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI MPIS, the raw milk export decreased by 14 per cent in January 2025 compared to January 2024.
