Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a vágómarha termelői árának emelkedése folytatódott az idei év elején: a fiatal bika termelői ára 1604 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly, a vágóüsző ára 1199 forint/kilogramm és a vágótehéné 1253 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 1–4. hetében. ___________________________________________________________ According to the data of AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the producer price of slaughter cattle continued to rise at the beginning of this year: the producer price of the young bulls was HUF 1604 per kilogram of carcass warm weight, the price of the slaughter heifers was HUF 1199 per kilogram and the price of the slaughter cows was HUF 1253 per kilogram in the first 4 weeks of 2025.
