Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 820 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2024 júniusában, ami 1,3 százalékkal csökkent 2023 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A KSH adatai szerint a marharostélyos fogyasztói ára csaknem 1,7 százalékkal (4680 forint/kilogramm) nőtt ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. ___________________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 820 per kilogram carcass warm weight in June 2024 decreased by 1.3 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2023. According to KSH the consumer price of pirme rib nearly increase by 1.7 per cent in the period under review.
