Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 805 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2024 januárjában, nem változott számottevően az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 5,6 százalékkal volt magasabb 2024 januárjában 2023 azonos hónapjához képest. ____________________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 805 per kilogram carcass weight in January 2024, which did not change significantly compared to the previous year. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 5.6 per cent in January 2024 compared to the same month in 2023.
