Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 845 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 októberében, ami 1,6 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 1,5 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. _____________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 845 per kilogram carcass weight in October 2023, which was 1.6 per cent increase compared to the average price in October 2022. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 1.5 per cent in October 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
