Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 820 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 szeptemberében, 5 százalékkal nőtt 2022 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 3 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 19 százalékkal csökkent a vizsgált időszakban. ________________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 820 per kilogram carcass warm weight in September 2023 not changed compared to the average price of the same month in 2022. The price of slaughter heifers decreased by 3 per cent and the price of slaughter cows not changed in the period under review.
