Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 151,47 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 augusztusában. A fehérjetartalom stagnálása, a zsírtartalom 0,05 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár 1 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 1 százalékkal mérséklődött 2023 augusztusában a 2023. júliusihoz képest, és 17 százalékkal elmaradt az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárától. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 156,53 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 augusztusában, az előző havihoz képest 6 százalékkal emelkedett, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 26 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 3 százalékkal haladta meg a termelői átlagárat. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 25 százalékkal nőtt 2023 augusztusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. _______________________________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 151.47 per kilogram in August 2023. The protein content has not changed, while the fat content increased by 0.05 percentage, the base, and average price decreased by 1 per cent in August 2023 compared to July 2023, and the average price was 17 per cent lower than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 156,53 per kilogram in August 2023, it increased in one month by 6 per cent, but decreased compared to the same month of the previous year by 26 per cent. The export price was 3 per cent higher than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 25 per cent higher in August 2023 compared to August 2022.
