Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 945 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 júliusában, ami 27 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 31 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. _____________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 945 per kilogram carcass weight in July 2023, which was 27 per cent increase compared to the average price in July 2022. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 31 per cent in July 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
