Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 811 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 májusában, ami 13 százalékos csökkenést jelent 2022 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 1,6 százalékkal nőtt, míg a vágótehéné 17 százalékkal csökkent a vizsgált időszakban. ___________________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 811 per kilogram carcass warm weight in May 2023 decreased by 13 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2022. The price of slaughter heifers increased by 1.6 per cent and the price of slaughter cows decreased by 17 per cent in the period under review.
