Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 891 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 májusában, ami 29 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 24 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. ______________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 891 per kilogram carcass weight in May 2023, which was 29 per cent increase compared to the average price in May 2022. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 24 per cent in May 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
