Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 204,43 forint/ kilogramm volt 2023 márciusában. A fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos és a zsírtartalom 0,03 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 5 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 6 százalékkal mérséklődött 2023 márciusában a 2023. februárihoz képest, ugyanakkor 46 százalékkal meghaladta az előző év azonos hónapjának átlagárát. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 132,56 forint/kilogramm volt 2023 márciusában, az előző havihoz képest 5 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 14 százalékkal csökkent. A kiviteli ár 35 százalékkal elmaradt a termelői átlagártól. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 15 százalékkal bővült 2023 márciusában az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva. _____________________________________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 204.43 per kilogram in March 2023. The protein content decreased by 0.01, the fat by 0.03 per-centage, the base price by 5 per cent, the average price by 6 per cent in March 2023 compared to February 2022, but the average price was 46 per cent higher than in the same month of the previous year. The export price of raw milk was HUF 132.56 per kilogram in March 2023, it decreased in one month by 5 per cent, compared to the same month of the previous year by 14 per cent. The export price was 35 per cent lower than the average producer price. According to the data of AKI PÁIR, the raw milk export was 15 per cent higher in March 2023 compared to March 2022.
