Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 880 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2023 márciusában, ami 38 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 51 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. __________________________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 880 per kilogram carcass weight in March 2023, which was 38 per cent increase compared to the average price in March 2022. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 51 per cent in March 2023 compared to the same month in 2022.
