Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 831 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 októberében, ami 77 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 86 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. _____________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 831 per kilogram carcass weight in October 2022, which was 77 per cent increase compared to the average price in October 2021. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 86 per cent in October 2022 compared to the same month in 2021.
