Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 841 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 szeptemberében, ami 86 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 68 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. _____________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 841 per kilogram carcass weight in September 2022, which was 86 per cent increase compared to the average price in September 2021. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 68 per cent in September 2022 compared to the same month in 2021.
