Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 764 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 augusztusában, ami 56 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 48 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. ________________________________ According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 764/kilogram carcass weight in August 2022, which was 56 per cent increase compared to the average price in August 2021. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 48 per cent in August 2022 compared to the same month in 2021.
