Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 689 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 májusában, ami 36 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 36 százalékkal volt magasabb ugyanebben az összehasonlításban. ------------- According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 689/kilogram carcass weight in May 2022, which was 36 per cent increase compared to the average price in May 2021. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 36 per cent in May 2022 compared to the same month in 2021.
