Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a Budapesti Nagybani Piacon a 17. héten újdonságként jelent meg a hazai karfiol (16 cm+ méret) 515 forint/kilogramm átlagáron. A belföldi, primőr, csomós kiszerelésű sárgarépa 250 forint/kiszerelés, a petrezselyemgyökér 400 forint/kiszerelés áron került a piacra a megfigyelt héten. A spenót termelői ára 724 forint/kilogramm volt 2022 11–17. hetében, 2 százalékkal csökkent az előző év azonos periódusához képest. ___________________________ According to the data of AKI PÁIR, in the 17th week the Hungarian cauliflower (size 16 cm+) ap-peared as a novelty at an average price of 515 forints per kilogram in the Budapest Wholesale Market. Domestic, primal, knotted carrots were placed on the market at a price of HUF 250/pack, and parsley root at a price of HUF 400/presentation during the observed week. The producer price of spinach, 724 forints per kilogram was by 2 per cent lower in the 11-17th weeks of 2022 than it was in the same period of the previous year.
