Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 636,9 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 márciusában, ami közel 25 százalékos emelkedést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 16 százalékkal volt magasabb 2022 márciusában 2021 azonos hónapjához képest. ---------- According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 636.9/kilogram carcass weight in March 2022, which was 25 per cent increase compared to the average price in March 2021. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) increased by 16 per cent in March 2022 compared to the same month in 2021
