Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a fiatal bika termelői ára 967 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2022 januárjában, ami 24 százalékos növekedést jelent 2021 azonos hónapjának átlagárához viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 21, míg a vágótehéné 20 százalékkal emelkedett a vizsgált időszakban.-------------------------According to AKI PÁIR, in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 967/kilogram carcass warm weight in January 2022, increased by 24 per cent compared to the average price of the same month in 2021. The price of slaughter heifers 21 per cent and slaughter cows increased by 20 per cent compared to the year earlier.
