Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a hazai termelésű vágósertés termelői ára áfa és szállítási költség nélkül 526 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2021 áprilisában, ami 17 százalékos csökkenést jelentett az egy évvel korábbi átlagárhoz képest. A darabolt sertéshús (karaj, tarja, comb) feldolgozói értékesítési ára 15 százalékkal volt alacsonyabb 2021 áprilisában 2020 azonos hónapjához képest. --------- According to AKI PÁIR, the producer price of domestically produced slaughter pigs, (excluding VAT and transport costs) was HUF 526/kilogram carcass weight in April 2021, which was a 17 per cent decrease compared to the average price in April 2020. The processing sales price of cut pork (loin, ribs, thighs) decreased by 15 per cent in April 2021 compared to the same month in 2020.
