Abstract
A hazai termelésből származó vágósertés termelői ára 384 Ft/kg hasított meleg súly volt 2009 januárjában, decemberhez képest 3,5%-kal csökkent, a tavalyi év ugyanezen időszakához képest 18,6%-kal emelkedett. Az importból származó sertés vágóhídi belépési ára decemberhez képest nem változott lényegesen, 381 Ft/kg hasított meleg súly volt. A vágómarha termelői ára csökkent januárban. A vágóbárány termelői ára januárban a szezonális hatásoknak megfelelően csökkent, 780 Ft/kg élősúly volt.
