Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 128,57 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 augusztusában. A zsírtartalom 0,09 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos javulása, valamint az alapár 1,4 százalékos növekedése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2026 augusztusában a 2026. júliusihoz képest 1,7 százalékkal nőtt, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 35,3 százalékkal esett vissza. A nyerstej felvásárlása 2026 augusztusában az előző havitól 2,2 százalékkal, a 2025. augusztusi mennyiségtől 4,6 százalékkal maradt el. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 141,86 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 augusztusában, az előző havit 5 százalékkal haladta meg, míg az előző év azonos hónapjától 29,8 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2026 augusztusában a 2026. júliusihoz képest 9,5 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 20,3 százalékkal bővült. _______________________________________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was HUF 128.57 per kilogram in August 2026. It increased by 1.7 per cent compared to July 2026, but decreased by 35.3 per cent compared to the same month in the previous year. Concurrently, compared to July 2026, the fat content increased by 0.09 percentage points, the protein content by 0.01 percentage points and the base price increased by 1.4 per cent. The procurement of raw milk in August 2026 was 2.2 percent lower than in the previous month and 4.6 per cent lower than the volume in August 2025. The export price of raw milk was HUF 141.86 per kilogram in August 2026, 5 per cent higher than in the previous month, but 29.8 per cent lower compared to the same month of the previous year. According to the data from the MPIS raw milk exports increased by 9.5 per cent month-on-month and by 20.3 per cent year-on-year in August 2026.
