Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 2367 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2026 január–júliusában, 39 százalékkal emelkedett az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 20 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 18 százalékkal volt magasabb a vizsgált időszakban. ___________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 2,367 per kilogram of hot carcass weight in January–July 2026, representing a 39 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of slaughter heifers rose by 20 per cent, while that of slaughter cows increased by 18 per cent in the period under review.
