Abstract

A kalászos gabonafélék aratása szinte befejeződött 2026. augusztus 13-ig, a tervezett 1 millió 594 ezer hektárból 1 millió 587 ezer hektáron végeztek a betakarítással. A termelők összesen 6,7 millió tonna gabonát arattak, melynek 63,5 százaléka búza, 25,6 százaléka árpa volt. Az őszi búza betakarított területe 986,9 ezer hektárt, termésmennyisége 4,2 millió tonnát tett ki, termésátlaga 22,7 százalékkal alacsonyabb a tavalyinál, országosan 4,3 tonna/hektár volt. Őszi és tavaszi árpából együttesen a tavalyinál 26,2 százalékkal nagyobb területről, 373,4 ezer hektárról, az előző évinél 5,5 százalékkal több termést, mintegy 1,7 millió tonnát takarítottak be. A meggy szedése befejeződött a jelentés napjára. A meggytermés országos átlaga 6,9 százalékkal kisebb volt a tavalyinál, 3,6 tonnát tett ki hektáronként. A kajszi termésmennyisége 20,5 ezer tonna körül alakult, a 2025. évi össztermés közel háromszorosát tette ki, termésátlaga 4,2 tonnát ért el hektáronként. Az őszibarack szedése a jelentés időpontjában 69,7 százalékon állt, a termésátlag az előző évhez képest mintegy két és félszeresére nőtt, 6,7 tonna/hektár volt. _________________________________________________ The harvesting of cereals was almost completed by 13 August 2026, with 1 million 587 thousand hectares harvested out of the planned 1 million 594 thousand hectares. In total, farmers harvested 6.7 million tonnes of cereals, of which 63.5 per cent was wheat and 25.6 per cent barley. The harvested area of winter wheat amounted to 986.9 thousand hectares, with a production of 4.2 million tonnes. The average yield was 22.7 per cent lower than last year, at 4.3 tonnes per hectare countrywide. Winter and spring barley combined total of 373.4 thousand hectares, 26.2 per cent more than last year, with production reaching approximately 1.7 million tonnes, 5.5 per cent more than in the previous year. The sour cherry harvest was completed by the day of the report. The national average sour cherry yield was 6.9 per cent lower than last year, at 3.6 tonnes per hectare. Apricot production was around 20.5 thousand tonnes, which was nearly three times the total harvest in 2025, with an average yield of 4.2 tonnes per hectare. By the time of the report, 69.7 per cent of the peach harvest had been completed, with an average yield of 6.7 tonnes per hectare, approximately two and a half times higher than in the previous year.
