Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 126,45 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 júliusában. A zsírtartalom 0,06 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,02 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 2 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2026 júliusában a 2026. júniusihoz képest 2,1 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 36,3 százalékkal esett vissza. A nyerstej felvásárlása 2026 júliusában az előző havitól 0,1 százalékkal, a 2025. júliusi mennyiségtől 2,6 százalékkal maradt el. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 135,15 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 júliusában, az előző havit 27,7 százalékkal haladta meg, míg az előző év azonos hónapjától 34,9 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2026 júliusában a 2026. júniusihoz képest 4,4 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 17,7 százalékkal bővült. ___________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the national average producer price of raw milk was HUF 126.45 per kilogram in July 2026. It decreased by 2.1 per cent compared to June 2026, and by 36.3 per cent compared to the same month in the previous year. Concurrently, compared to June 2026, the fat content declined by 0.06 percentage points, the protein content by 0.02 percentage points and the base price fell by 2 per cent. The procurement of raw milk in July 2026 was 0.1 percent lower than in the previous month and 2.6 per cent lower than the volume in July 2025. The export price of raw milk was HUF 135.15 per kilogram in July 2026, 27.7 per cent higher than in the previous month, but 34.9 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. According to the data from the MPIS raw milk exports increased by 4.4 per cent month-on-month and by 17.7 per cent year-on-year in July 2026.
