Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 2335 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2026 január–júniusában, 35 százalékkal emelkedett az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 22 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 21 százalékkal volt magasabb a vizsgált időszakban. __________________________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 2,335 per kilogram of hot carcass weight in January–June 2026, representing a 35 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of slaughter heifers rose by 22 per cent, while that of slaughter cows increased by 21 per cent in the period under review.
