Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 2294 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2026 1–21. hetében, 29,6 százalékkal emelkedett az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 26 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 25 százalékkal volt magasabb a vizsgált időszakban. ________________________________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary the producer price of young bulls was HUF 2,294 per kilogram of hot carcass weight in weeks 1–21 of 2026, representing a 29.6 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of slaughter heifers rose by 26 per cent, while that of slaughter cows increased by 25 per cent in the period under review.
