Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 154,36 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 februárjában. A zsírtartalom 0,07 százalékpontos, a fehérjetartalom 0,06 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 3,7 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2026 februárjában a 2026. januárihoz képest 5,8 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 26 száza-lékkal esett. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 116,26 forint/kilogramm volt 2026 februárjában, az előző havitól 0,8 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 40,8 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2026 februárjában a 2026. januárihoz képest 26,3 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 19,9 százalékkal nőtt. ______________________________________________________ According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the national average producer price of raw milk was HUF 154.36 per kilogram in February 2026, it decreased by 5.8 per cent compared to January 2026, and by 26 per cent compared to the same month in the previous year. Concurrently, compared to January 2026, fat content decreased by 0.07 percentage points, protein content decreased by 0.06 percentage points and the base price fell by 3.7 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 116.26 per kilogram in February 2026, 0.8 per cent lower than in the previous month and 40.8 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. According to the data of the MPIS raw milk exports increased 26.3 per cent month-on-month, and by 19.9 per cent year-on-year.
