Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 2297 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2026 1–7. hetében, 15,9 százalékkal emelkedett az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 34,3 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 31,8 százalékkal volt magasabb a vizsgált időszakban. _____________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 2,297 per kilogram of hot carcass weight in weeks 1–7 of 2026, representing a 15.9 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of slaughter heifers rose by 34.3 per cent, while that of slaughter cows increased by 31.8 per cent in the period under review.
