Abstract
Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a fiatal bika termelői ára 2296 forint/kilogramm hasított meleg súly volt 2026 1–3. hetében, 18,7 százalékkal emelkedett az egy évvel korábbihoz viszonyítva. A vágóüsző ára 34,4 százalékkal, a vágótehéné 36,5 százalékkal volt magasabb a vizsgált időszakban. _________________________________ According to data from the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the producer price of young bulls was HUF 2,296 per kilogram of hot carcass weight in weeks 1–3 of 2026, representing an 18.7 per cent increase compared to the same period of the previous year. The price of slaughter heifers rose by 34.4 per cent, while that of slaughter cows increased by 36.5 per cent in the period under review.
