Abstract

Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint Magyarországon a nyerstej országos termelői átlagára 189,6 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 decemberében. A zsírtartalom 0,03 százalékpontos javulása, a fehérjetartalom 0,01 százalékpontos romlása, valamint az alapár 3 százalékos csökkenése mellett a nyerstej átlagára 2025 decemberében a novemberihez képest 3 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 6 százalékkal mérséklődött. A nyerstej kiviteli ára 154,63 forint/kilogramm volt 2025 decemberében, az előző havitól 8 százalékkal, az előző év azonos hónapjától 27 százalékkal maradt el. Az AKI PÁIR adatai szerint a nyerstej kiszállítása 2025 decemberében a novemberihez képest 10 százalékkal nőtt, míg az előző év azonos hónapjához viszonyítva 21 százalékkal csökkent. ------------------------ According to the data of the AKI Market Price Information System (MPIS), in Hungary, the average pro-ducer price of raw milk was HUF 189.6 per kilogram in December 2025, it decreased in the last month by 3 per cent, compared to December 2024 by 6 per cent. Concurrently, compared to November 2025, the fat content increased by 0.03 percentage points, but the protein content decreased by 0.01 percentage points and the base price decreased by 3 per cent. The export price of raw milk was HUF 154.63 per kilogram in December 2025, 8 per cent lower than in the previous month and 27 per cent lower compared to the same month last year. At the same time raw milk exports increased 10 per cent month-on-month, but decreased by 21 per cent year-on-year.
